Lake Grapevine Runners and Walkers is a diverse group of people from all walks of life and fitness levels. You can find us on the weekends running and walking the trails around Lake Grapevine every Saturday and Sunday morning. New to the area, visiting or simply what to check out the club, all are welcome to join us for the weekend club runs.
Club Races
Lake Grapevine Runners and Walkers host two premier races a year. The Bold in the Cold 15K & 5K in January and Double Trouble 5K & 10K in the fall. Both races are 100% volunteer produced and have a stellar history of being well-organized and popular within the running community. Both races wind through the beautiful trails around Lake Grapevine, Texas and offer breathtaking views of the lake. Our race T-shirts, mugs and flyers have all won “Best of” awards by Runner's World Magazine and Runners Triathlete News.
